Inbound Calling Services:
Polaris Phone Attendant makes it easy for patrons to take care of library business on their own when it is convenient for them, without the assistance of a librarian. Inbound Calling makes it easy for patrons to check their accounts, find out about special programs or check library hours. The library can determine what services and information are available. All messages are configurable.

Outbound Calling Services:
